中西医结合治疗肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎54例体会

Therapeutic effect of combined treatment of traditional Chinese with western medicine on nephrotic syndrome purpuric nephritis:A report of 54 cases

目的 观察肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎中西医结合治疗的疗效。方法 将我院近 5年来96例肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎随机分为中西医结合治疗组(治疗组, n=54)与西医治疗组 (对照组, n=42)治疗,对 2组疗效进行比较。结果 治疗组有效率为 92. 5%,疗效优于对照组的 76. 2% (P<0. 05),副作用发生率为 20. 4%,小于对照组的 35. 7% (P<0. 05)。治疗组治疗前后 24小时尿蛋白定量、血清白蛋白均有显著差异,且明显优于对照组 (P<0. 01)。结论 对肾病综合征型紫癜性肾炎可采取中西医结合治疗,增强疗效,减少药物副作用。

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effe ct of combined treatment of traditional Chinese with western medicine on nephrotic syndrome purpuric nephritis.Methods 96 patients with nephrotic syndrome purpuric nephritis were randomly divided into treatment group and cont rol group.54 patients in treatment group were treated by combined treatment of traditional Chinese with western medicine;42 patients in control group were t reated only by western medicine.Results The effective rate in t reatment group was 92.5% ,which was significantly higher than that (76.2%) of co ntrol group (P<0.05).The side effect in treatment group was 20.4%,which was significantly lower than that (35.7%) of control group (P<0.05).There were significant differences in urinary protein of 24h and serum albumin in treatme nt group before and after treatment,which were superior to those of control grou p (P<0.01).Conclusion The combined treatment of traditiona l Chinese with western medicine is obviously superior to western medicine alone in improving prognosis of nephrotic syndrome purpuric nephritis,the former can d ecrease the incidence of adverse effect.
