环氧化酶-2在人脑膜瘤中的表达以及其与微血管密度之间的关系 被引量:2

摘要 目的 探讨人脑膜瘤组织中环氧化酶 2 (Cyciooxygenase 2 ,COX 2 )和微血管密度 (microvesseldensity,MVD)表达的意义。方法 用免疫组织化学方法对 72例人脑膜瘤和 15例非肿瘤脑组织的COX 2蛋白和MVD值进行测定 ,COX 2的表达用评分表衡量。结果 COX 2在人脑膜瘤中的表达 (平均为 3 2 4 )显著高于其在非肿瘤组织中的表达(平均为 0 4 3) ,并随肿瘤恶性程度增高而增高 ;在肿瘤组织中 ,COX 2与MVD值呈正相关 (r=0 6 2 7,P <0 0 5 )。结论 COX 2的过度表达可能在人脑膜瘤的发生、发展中起到重要作用 ,对肿瘤的血管生成有重要的促进作用。 Objective To investigate the expression of cyclooxygenase 2(COX 2) and microvessel density(MVD). in meningioma and its significance. Methods The COX 2 protein and MVD were examined by immunohistochemicalstain. in 72 brain meningioma tissues and 15 non tumor brain tissues. COX 2 of expression to be measured by score table.Results Tile expression of COX 2 protein in meningioma tissues(average 3 24) was significantly higher than that in non tumor brain tissues(average 0 43), and it increased parallel with the elevation of malignant degree. Meningioma, there was appositive correlation between COX 2 and MVD( r =0 627, P <0 05). Conclusion The overexpression of COX 2 perhapse associated with the occurrence and development of meningioma, and it may be contributes to tumor angiogenesis.
