摘要
目的 选择检测产超广谱 β 内酰胺酶 (ESBLs)双纸片协同试验最佳条件。 方法 30株临床分离经基因法确定的产ESBLs菌 ,用CTX、CAZ、ATM、FEP药敏纸片与AMC药敏纸片做协同试验 ,纸片之间距离分别选择 10mm、15mm、2 0mm、2 5mm、30mm和 35mm。结果 FEP和ATM与AMC协同试验结果最佳 ,纸片之间距离在 10mm~ 2 5mm时阳性检出率是 10 0 % ;CTX与AMC协同试验结果次之 ,距离在 10mm~ 2 0mm之间时阳性检出率是 96 7% ;CAZ与AMC协同试验结果较差 ,距离在 10mm~ 15mm之间时阳性检出率是 86 7% ,距离在 2 0mm时检测率是 83 3%。结论 双纸片协同试验检测产ESBLs最佳底物是FEP和ATM ,最佳距离是 15mm。
Objective To select the best condition for detection of extended spectrum beta lactamases(ESBLs) by the double disk synergy test. Methods Using a set of 30 clinical ESBLs trains convinced by gene method, we use CTX、CAZ、ATM and FEP disk to make double disk synergy test with AMC disk. The distance of two disks is 10 mm、15 mm、20 mm、25 mm、30 mm and 35 mm respectively. Results The synergy test is the best by FEP or ATM with AMC. The detection rate is 100% when the distance of two disks is between 10~25 mm. The test is better by CTX with AMC. The detation rate is 96 7% when the distance is between 10~20 mm. The test is lest by CAZ with AMC, The detection rate is 86 7% and 83 3%, when the distance is between 10~15 mm and 20 mm respectively. Conclusion The best substance for the detection of ESBLs by the double disk synergy test is FEP or ATM and the best distance is 15 mm.
