尿毒症血液透析患者血浆神经肽Y、神经降压素变化及其意义 被引量:2

The changing and signification of neuropeltide(NPY) and neurotensin(NT) in patients with uremia by hemadialysis

摘要 目的 探讨尿毒症血液透析患者血浆神经肽Y(NPY)、神经降压素 (NT)变化及其意义。方法 采用放射免疫分析法检测 4 0例尿毒症患者血液透析前后血浆NPY、NT水平 ,并以 30例正常人作为对照。结果 尿毒症血透患者血浆NPY水平显著高于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ,NT水平显著低于正常对照组 (P <0 0 1) ;其中 2 4例高血压组患者血浆NPY水平明显高于非高血压组 (P <0 0 1) ,而血浆NT水平显著低于非高血压组 (P <0 0 1) ;4 0例与血透前比较 ,血液透析后NPY水平明显下降 (P <0 0 1) ,血浆NT水平则明显增高 (P <0 0 1)。结论 尿毒症血透患者体内存在NPY、NT的合成、分泌及代谢失调 ,并参与了尿毒症血液透析患者高血压的病理生理过程。 Objective Detecting the change and signification of NPY and NT in patients with uremia by hemadialysis. Methods Examining the level of NPY and NT in 40 patients with uremia before and after hemadialysis compared with 30 normals by radioimmunoassay. Results the level of NPY in plasma of patients with uremia by hemadialysis was significantly higher than normal control group( P <0 01), while the level of NT was lower than normal control group( P <0 01). In those the level of NPY in 24 cases of patients with hypertension was higher than non hypertension( P <0 01), and the level of NT was lower in hypertension than in non hypertension( P <0 01). The level of NPY in 40cases of patients with uremia declined more remarkable after hemadialysis than before( P <0 05), while the level of NT increased more remarkable after hemadialysis than before( P <0 05). Conclusion The synthesis, secretin and metabolic disorder of NPY and NT in patients with uremia by hemadialysis was related with the pathogenic and biologic courses in hypertension.
