摘要 目的 分离获得高产量、高比活性的胶原酶。方法 以溶组织梭菌作为菌种 ,确立最佳培养条件 ;应用胶原悬浮分析法测定胶原酶总活性 ;应用FALGPA胶原酶活性测量法进行比活性分析。结果 获得了高产量、高比活性的胶原酶。结论 通过改良并优化溶组织梭菌培养条件 ,可以获得低成本、高产量、高活性的胶原酶。 Objective To isolate and purify collagenase with high quantity and activity. Methods The best medium was designed to culture Clostridium histolyticum. The activity of product was measured by the cleavage of insoluble collagen and the hydrolysis of FALGPA. Results The purified high producing collagenase was isolated. Conclusion The collagenase with high quantity and activity could be induced in the improved medium.
