摘要 邯钢 2 0 0 0 m3高炉是在引进德国二手设备的基础之上建造而成的。该高炉原有效容积 185 8m3,改进后高炉有效容积 2 0 0 0 m3。采用了槽下过筛 ,焦丁与烧结矿混装入炉 ,无料钟炉顶 ,软水闭路循环和薄壁炉衬的长寿炉体 ,双预热热风炉 ,底滤法水冲渣 ,富氧大喷吹 ,高炉煤气燃气轮机鼓风机 ,比绍夫煤气清洗系统 ,高炉煤气炉顶余压发电 ,计算机自动控制等先进技术。投产近 4年来 。 The 2000 m 3 BF at Hansteel was redesigned and modified using second hand equipment imported from Germany. The effective volume of this BF was expanded from 1858 m 3 to 2000 m 3 ;Some advanced techniques are adopted,such as :screening of raw material under bins, sintered ore mixed with coke nuts for charging,bell less BF top, long life BF shell with soft water closed recycling system and thin refractory lining, hot blast stove with double preheating,“OCP” slag granulation, pulverized coal injection system with high oxygen enrichment, BF gas turbine blower, Bishorf BFG cleaning system, power generation using the extra pressure of BFG, computer automatic control and so on. In the past four years of production, all production indexes have reached or exceeded the design parameters.
