摘要
目的 研究泌炎康胶囊有效成分绿原酸在家兔体内的动态变化。方法 采用HPLC法,测定家兔血浆中泌炎康胶囊的绿原酸的血药浓度。流动相甲醇-水-冰乙酸-三乙胺(15∶85∶1∶0 3),色谱柱YMC C18(4 .6 mm×150 mm),检测波长324 nm,流速:1. 0 mL/min,柱温:25 ℃。结果 泌炎康胶囊口服给予家兔后,药物动力学参数(AUC)为2. 55 g/L·h,最大血药浓度(Cmax)为0 .88 g/L,达峰时间(tmax)为0 .92 h,平均滞留时间(MRT)为1 .90 h。结论 泌炎康胶囊中绿原酸在家兔体内的吸收为一室模型一级吸收。
Objective To investigate the dynamic change of chlorogenic acid, an effective component of Miyankang, in rabbits. Method The content of chlorogenic acid in the rabbit plasma was detected by a HPLC method: the mobile phase was methanol-water-glacial acetic acid-triethylamine (15∶85∶1∶0.3), the stationary phase was YMC-C 18 chromatographic column, the detection wavelength was 324 nm, the flow velocity was 1.0 mL/min, and the temperature of the chromatographic column was 25℃. Result On the oral administration of Miyankang to the rabbit, the values of the pharmacokinetic parameters were found out to be: AUC=2.55 g/L·h, C max=0.88 g/L,t max=0.92 h, and MRT=1.90 h. Conclusion The model of chlorogenic acid absorption in the body of rabbits is of one-compartment with first-order absorption.
