加氢反应流出物空冷器系统的腐蚀机理 被引量:38

摘要 系统地探讨了加氢反应流出物空冷器及其上、下游管路系统的腐蚀机理 .重点探讨了NH4HS和NH4Cl的沉积规律 ;FexSy 保护膜的组成、结构、性能 ;运行工况和杂质元素的来源及影响 .以镇海炼化公司加氢裂化高硫扩能改造后的运行工况为示例 ,详细分析了以上因素引起加氢反应流出物空冷器管束冲蚀的实际危害源 ,提出了该类装备优化运行的工艺防护措施 . The corrosion mechanism of REAC for hydrocracking and the same status in itsupper and lower pipe system were discussed.The paper introduced the aggradation rules of NH_4HS,NH_4Cl;the configaration and performance of protecting filmcombined by Fe_xS_y,the operating conditions and influence of other chemical factors.An example of the hydrocracking unit for processing high sulfur oil,whichwas found in processing capacity enlarged and reconstructed in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Corporation Ltd,was shown.The failure of such corrosion mechanism was analyzed in detail.The optimal operating method was presented.
