水轮机叶片多轴数控加工的仿真环境构建 被引量:1

摘要 水轮机叶片多轴联动数控加工仿真环境,通过对数控机床、刀具、夹具及等加工过程映射构建。由测量数据建立叶片毛坯三维模型,用相关软件定义机床 CNC 功能。再据加工刀具几何参数建立其三维模型。将叶片模型变换到加工位置,算出五轴联动刀具轨迹。并以该刀具轨迹进行叶片切削过程、刀位轨迹及机床运动的动态仿真。 The simulation environment of Multi-axis simultaneous NC machining for blades of large hydro turbine is established through mapping of machining process for NC machine tool, cutter and clamp. The 3D model of rough blade was founded by measured data, CNC functions were defined by correlation software. The 3D model of machined cutter was founded by geometry parameter. The model of blade was changed to machining position, and the track of cutter for five-axis simultaneous machining was calculated. The cutting process of blade, position of cutter and movement of machine tool dynamically was simulated by the track of cutter.
