Surgical Intervention and Ultra-Early Hemostatic Therapy for Intracerebral Hemorrhage

近年来,研究人员已开始重视对脑出血的研究,脑出血的手术治疗和超早期止血治疗已成为目前临床研究的2个热点问题。文章就以下问题进行综述:手术治疗脑出血的随机和非随机对照试验中的手术治疗时间窗、影响手术疗效的因素和存在的问题;早期血肿扩大及其影响脑出血预后的主要因素、超早期止血治疗中的止血药选择和时间窗。

Recently, researchers have begun to pay great attention to the study of intracerebral hemorrhage. Surgical interventions and ultra-early hemostatic therapy for intracerebral hemorrhage have become two hot spots in the current clinical studies. This article reviews the following issues: the time window, the factors affecting the efficacy, and the problems in the randomized or non-randomized controlled trials of surgical interventions; the early hematoma enlargement and its major factors affecting the prognosis of intracerebral hemorrhage, the selection of hemostatic agent and the time window in ultra-early hemostatic therapy.
