摘要
颅内动脉瘤破裂引起的蛛网膜下腔出血致残率和致死率均很高。细胞外基质重塑在颅内动脉瘤的形成和破裂机制中起着重要作用。基质金属蛋白酶(MMP)是重要的蛋白水解酶,对细胞外基质的降解至关重要。近年来,许多研究人员对MMP在颅内动脉瘤患者的体内、外异常表达进行了研究,希望找出二者的明确关系,为颅内动脉瘤的筛查和治疗提供帮助。文章从颅内动脉瘤的病理学改变、MMP的异常表达以及MMP调节异常等方面探讨MMP在颅内动脉瘤形成和发展中的作用。
Subarachnoid hemorrhage caused by aneurysm rupture carries high morbidity and mortality rates. Extracellular matrix remodeling plays an important role in intracranial aneurysm formation and rupture. Matrix metalloproteinases (MMPs) are a class of important proteases and play key roles in extracellular matrix degradation. Recently many researchers have investigated the abnormal expression of MMPs in vivo and in vitro in patients with intracranial aneurysm, hoping to find out the clear their relationship, which may provide help for the screening and treatment of intracranial aneurysm. This review explores the effect of MMPs on the formation and development of intracranial aneurysm in many aspects, such as the pathological changes, the abnormal expression and regulation of MMPs.
