喉癌磁共振成像信号强度与增殖细胞核抗原表达相关性

摘要 目的探讨喉癌组织磁共振成像(magneticresonanceimaging,MRI)相对信号强度与其增殖细胞核抗原(proliferatingcellnuclearantigen,PCNA)表达的关系。方法20例喉癌患者,术前行磁共振SE序列平扫以及增强SE序列T1WⅠ扫描、动态增强T1WⅠ扫描。术后应用ABC免疫组化法对喉癌标本的PCNA含量进行半定量测量。结果MRI相对信号强度增加值:增殖细胞核抗原标记指数>50%组为0.28±0.20;增殖细胞核抗原标记指数大于5%,小于或等于50%组为0.66±0.22,两组比较P<0.05两组信号强度达峰值的时间分别为5.58±2.54和8.38±3.66秒,二者比较P=0.058。结论MRI信号强度在一定程度上可以反映肿瘤细胞的恶性度,对判断肿瘤生物学特征及推测预后有一定参考意义。 OBJECTIVE To explore the correla- tions of MRI signal intensity and the expression of proliferating cell nuclear antigen(PCNA)in laryngeal carcinoma.MERHODS Twenty patients with laryngeal carcinoma(18 males and 2 females,ranging in age from 40 to 76 years old)were prospectively studied MR in- vestigation included unenhenced SE T1W Ⅰ,T2W Ⅰ, dynam i c and cont r a st enhanced SE T1W Ⅰ s e q u e n c e .Th e e x p r e s s i o n o f PCN A wa s semiquantitatively investigated through ABC im- munohistochemical technique.RESULTS The in- crease of MRI relative signal intensity was statistically significant(0.28 ± 0.20 vs 0.66 ± 0.22)between group of PCNA LI > 50 % and group 5 % < PCNA ≤ 50 % (P <0.05);Peak-time was 5.58 ± 2.54 second vs 8.38 ± 3.66 second(P = 0.058).CONCLUSION MRI relative signal intensity can predict the tumor malignancy and prognosis in a certain degree. [
