摘要  目的:探讨多氯联苯(PCB)对大鼠睾丸结构及功能的影响。 方法:选用Wistar雄性大鼠40只随机分为 4组,A组饲喂正常饲料,B组饲喂含10-8mol/LPCB饲料,C组饲喂含10-7mol/LPCB饲料,D组饲喂含10-6mol/L PCB饲料,饲喂3个月后建立慢性PCB毒性动物模型,用光镜、免疫组化技术研究PCB对大鼠睾丸结构及功能的影 响。 结果:PCB对大鼠睾丸结构的损伤同PCB剂量呈正相关,高剂量PCB组睾丸组织结构受损严重;PCB能诱 导bcl 2和TGFβ1表达,PCB能诱导睾丸组织bcl 2和TGFβ1的表达,两者的表达强度同PCB的浓度相关;高浓度 组TGFβ1的阳性率明显高于对照组和其他组(P<0.01),C组bcl 2阳性率明显高于对照组和其他组(P<0.01)。 结论:PCB对大鼠睾丸组织结构及功能产生明显的损伤作用。 Objective: To study the effects of polychlorinatal biphenyl(PCB)on bcl-2 and TGFβ1 expression in rat testes. Methods: Forty male Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups at random: Group A (normal control), Group B (fed on 10 -8mol/L PBC),Group C (feb on 10 -7mol/L) and Group D (feb on 10 -6mol/L). After three months, all the rats were killed, the animal model established, and observations made on the expression of bcl2 and TGFβ1 in the rat testis using the optical microscope and immunohistochemical techniques. Results: The damage to the structure of the testis was related to the dosage of PCB: the higher the dodage, the more serious the damage. PCB induced the expression of bcl-2 and TGFβ1. The TGFβ1 expression was significantly higher in the highest dosage group than in others(P< 0.01), and the bcl-2 expression was dramatically higher in Group C than in other groups(P< 0.01). Conclusion: PCB can cause injury in rat testes.
