距下关节融合钢板内固定治疗Sanders IV型跟骨骨折 被引量：21

摘要 目的:总结距下关节融合钢板内固定术对Sanders Ⅳ型跟骨骨折的手术经验.方法:对16例(17侧)Sanders Ⅳ型跟骨骨折在行切开复位的同时根据粉碎程度行距下关节融合跟骨钢板内固定,疗效采用AOFANS评分标准.结果:16例获得6～47个月随访(平均19.7个月),AOFANS评分平均为84.6分.结论:对于Sanders Ⅳ型跟骨骨折根据其粉碎程度可行距下关节融合跟骨钢板内固定术. Objective:To sum up the experience for subtalar arthrodesis and internal fixation and reconstruction plate in treatment of Sanders type IV fracture.Method: Sixteen patients with Sanders IV type calcaneal fracture underwent subtalar arthrodesis and internal fixation with reconstruction plate,depended on the degree of comminuted fracture.The results were validated by AOFANS hind-foot system.Result:All patients were followed up for 6~47 months (averaged 19.7months).Average score was 84.6 according to AOFANS hind-foot system.Conclusion:Subtalar arthrodesis and internal fixation with reconstruction plate can be used in treatment of Sanders IV type calcaneal fracture depended on the degree of comminuted fracture.
