摘要
目的 探讨蛛网膜下腔出血(SAH)后血清、脑脊液(CSF)白细胞介素 6(IL 6)水平变化及临床意义。方法 用放免法检测32例不同病因、不同时期、不同病情SAH患者血清及CSF中IL 6水平变化,并与对照组比较。结果 SAH后血清及CSF中IL 6水平比对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。CSF中IL 6水平比血清中高,IL 6升高与病情轻重和出血量多少有关。结论 IL 6可作为观察病情及迟发性脑血管痉挛(CCVS)的指标。
Objective To explore the variation of interleukin 6 levels and its clinical significance (CSF) in patients with subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).Methods The IL 6 levels of serum and CSF in 32 patients with SAH and controls were measured by radioimmunoassay.Results The IL 6 levels of seurm and CSF in SAH group were significantly higher than those of control group ( P < 0.05 ).The levels of CSF IL 6 were higher than those of serum IL 6.The variations of IL 6 levels in serum and CSF were velated to disease severity and the volume of hemorrage.Conclusions The study indicates that the measurement of IL 6 levels in serum and CSF is very useful in determining disease severity and in observing delay cerbral vasospasm.
