摘要
在对硫酸氧钛溶液超声场中水解获得的水合二氧化钛进行洗涤的过程中引入超声辐照,采用扫描电子显微技术(SEM)、X射线衍射技术(XRD)、D-X射线能量色散谱仪分析技术(EDS)和激光粒度测试技术,对不同洗涤方式的产物进行了表征。实验结果表明,超声洗涤后产物中的S和Fe比搅拌洗涤分别减少了40%和30%,水洗产物的晶粒度和平均颗粒度有明显降低,分别为5.9890nm和0.90μm,比表面积增加为11.91m2/cm3。与超声水解引起锐钛矿型二氧化钛晶胞的c轴缩短不同,超声洗涤使缩短的c轴伸长,与标准物接近。
An investigation on ultrasonic wash hydrated titanium dioxide resulted from hydrolysis process of titanyl sulfate solution in an ultrasonic field was introduced through characterizing the washed products using TEM, XRD, EDS and particle size measurement by laser. The experimental results show that in comparison with the washed product by stirring washing, the contents of S and Fe are decreased by 40% and 30%, respectively, the grain size and the average particle size are obviously decreased to 5.9 890nm and 0.90 μm respectively, the specific surface area is increased to 11.91m2/cm3. As contrasted with the effect of ultrasonic irradiation on lattice constant of anatase crystal in hydrolysis process, which resulted in a shortened c axle, the shortened c axle becomes longer again and is near to the standard value of anatase crystal lattice.
