摘要
目的检测环氧化酶(COX)2及细胞增殖核抗原Ki67蛋白在肾癌组织中的表达,探讨COX2在肾癌发生发展中的意义及其与细胞增殖的关系。方法采用链霉素抗生物素蛋白生物素过氧化物酶免疫组织化学染色。结果COX2在肾癌中的表达率为23/45,主要为癌组织的表达,而在癌旁正常组织中无表达或弱表达,COX2的高表达与肿瘤的分级(P<0.01)、分期(P<0.01)与分型(χ2=10.761,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义;Ki67在全部肾癌组织中均有表达,而在癌旁正常组织中低表达,程度不同,与分级(P=0.000)、分期(P<0.01)与分型(χ2=40.853,P<0.01)差异有统计学意义;COX2与Ki67的表达差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论肾癌中COX2的高表达与肾癌的分级、分期、分型及细胞增殖有关。
Objective To detect the expression of cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2) in human renal cell carcinomas,and study its relationship to cellular proliferation.Methods Immunohistochemistry was performed by using avidin-biotin peroxidase complex procedure.Results The positive rate of COX-2 expression in renal cell carcinoma was 23/45.But there was no or weak expression in noncancerous tissues of kideny.Overexpression of COX-2 in renal cell carcinomas was related to its pathologic grading,clinical staging and history types ^(P< ^0.005). Although expression of Ki-67 was found in all RCC,there was a faint stain in normal renal tissue.The expression of Ki-67 was closely related to the pathologic grading,clinical staging and history types ^(P< ^0.005). There was a correlation between COX-2 and Ki-67.Conclusion The overexpression of COX-2 in renal cell carcinoma may play a crucial role in its pathologic grading,clinical staging,history types and cell proliferation in renal cell carcinoma.
