荷电防病毒口罩的研制 被引量:1

摘要 目的研制一种吸附阻隔病毒的口罩 ,并为预防SARS及其他传染病提供有效的防护用品及装备。方法采用带有正电荷的材料制备口罩 ,通过正负电荷的相互吸引作用吸附病毒。结果荷电防病毒口罩除能满足医用防护口罩技术要求外 ,还具有较好的吸附阻隔病毒的功能 ,其达旦黄吸附容量 >15 .0 μg·cm- 2 ,大肠杆菌噬菌体f2 截留率 >99.99% ,荷电材料电荷密度为1.8μC·m 2 ,而普通材料电荷密度仅为 0 .1μC·m 2 。结论荷电防病毒口罩能有效截留病毒。 Objective To develop a kind of charged mask for prevention against virus,so as to provide protective articles for prevention against SARS and other infectious diseses.Methods The mask was made of positively charged knitting cloth. It could adsorb virus by the electrokinetic capture mechanism. Results Besides conforming to the technical requirements for medical protective use,the charged mask had adsorbing and intercepting virus property. Its adsorption capacity of titan yellow was more than 15.0 μg·cm -2 . Its retention of coliphage f 2 was more than 99.99%. The charge density of positively charged modified knitting cloth was 1.8 μC·m -2 . Conclusion This charged protective mask can effectively intercept the virus.
