丽承市滨水区城市设计以建构山水型城市"起居室"为目标,遵循景观经济一体化、资源利用集约化、要素整合立体化和远近结合持续优等原则,营造滨水区成为城市的山水核心区、市民的公共活动中心和旅游者的留宿、休闲和观光场所。

With the principles of combining economy with landscape, utilizing resources with high effect, integrating the factor of nature and the factor ofmanmade scenery, and making sustainable development, the urban design intends to turn Lishui waterfront district into a core of urban beauty spot, a public activities center and a place for tourists' sightseeing, relaxation and residence of the scenic city.
