血清神经元特异性烯醇化酶与新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病的关系研究 被引量:12

摘要 目的 探讨窒息新生儿血清NSE水平与其伴发HIE的关系。方法 采用放射免疫分析 (RIA)测定 4 2例足月窒息新生儿血清NSE浓度 ,并与其伴发HIE的程度、预后进行比较。结果 重度窒息组的血清NSE水平为 (18.5 1± 2 .12 )ng/ml,高于正常组 (2 .0 5± 1.0 1)ng/ml和轻度窒息组 (6 .13± 1.34)ng/ml,差异有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ;重度HIE组的血清NSE水平为 (2 1.76± 2 .30 )ng/ml,高于正常组 (3.92± 1.4 7)ng/ml、轻度组 (8.4 2± 1.84 )ng/ml和中度组 (11.10± 1.12 )ng/ml。中度组又高于轻度组 ,差异均有显著性 (P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1) ;预后差组 (18.0 8± 3.97)ng/ml高于预后好组 (9.15± 3.4 1)ng/ml(P <0 .0 5或 0 .0 1)。结论 NSE可作为判断HIE程度和临床预后的早期指标。 Objective: To investgate the relationship between the neuron-specific enolase(NSE ) of serum and hypoxic-schemic encephalopathy(HIE) in the newborn with asphyxia. Methods: By the use of RIA, the level of serum NSE were detected in the 42 cases term newborn with asphyxia, and the relationship between NSE and HIE ,and it's prognosis were discussed. Results: NSE of the serious asphyxia of newborn were (18.51±2.12)ng/ml,higher than that of normal team(2.05±1.01)ng/ml,and mild asphyxia group(6.13±1.34)ng/ml (P<0.05~0.01);the serum NSE of serious HIE group were (21.76±2.30)ng/ml, higher than that of normal team(3.92±1.47)ng/ml, mild HIE group (8.42±1.84)ng/ml,and medium HIE group(11.10±1.12)ng/ml, and the serum NSE in medium HIE group were higher obviously than that of t he mild HIE group (P<0.005~0.01) .;NSE in the bad prognosis(18.08±3.97)ng/ml were higher than that of the good prognosis group(9.15±3.41)ng/ml(P<0.05~0.01).Conclusions: NSE may be regarded as an early index in evalulating the severity and clinical prognosis HIE in the newborn with asphyxia.
