基因组印迹研究
The observation of trecancerous cell forms in cervixes/vagina cytology Ⅲ.Compared the precancerous cell forms by different stained methods
摘要
一小部分哺乳动物被基因组印迹所控制,这个过程使得只从来源于1条染色体的基因得以表达,这个染色体可以来源于卵子或精子,亲代特异性起源基因调节受DNA和染色质表观遗传修饰所控制,基因组印迹是1个研究基因组功能表观遗传控制的有用模型,这里我们以老鼠为模式生物来回答一些问题,包括印迹基因的角色、单座位基因表达的调节、印迹功能和机制的进化.
