耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌耐消毒剂基因及β-内酰胺类抗生素耐药相关基因检测 被引量:40

摘要 目的 了解临床分离的耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(meticillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus, MRSA)中耐消毒剂基因(qacA)及β 内酰胺类抗生素耐药相关基因(mecA、TEM)存在状况。方法 采用聚合酶链反应(PCR)技术检测20 株 MRSA中 qacA、mecA和 TEM基因。结果 20 株 MRSA中,qacA、mecA和 TEM基因PCR扩增均阳性。结论 临床分离的MRSA中qacA、mecA和TEM基因携带率均很高;在 MRSA中发现 qacA基因为我国首次报道。 OBJECTIVE To investigate the disinfectants resistant gene and β lactams resistant genes in meticillin resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA) with multidrug resistance isolated in Huzhou, Zhejiang Province. METHODS Twenty strains of the MRSA were clinically isolated. The disinfectants resistant gene of qacA and β lactams resistant genes of mecA and TEM of these strains were analyzed using polymerase chain reaction(PCR). RESULTS The positive rate of genes of qacA, mecA and TEM was all 100.0% in the twenty strains. CONCLUSIONS There are very high positive percentages of genes of qacA, mecA and TEM in the MRSA with multidrug resistance isolated in the 98th Hospital of PLA, and their finding of the gene in the MRSA is first reported in China.
