Sterilization Methods for Abdominoscopic Instruments

目的 探讨至今为止腹腔镜手术器械最安全可靠的消毒灭菌方法。方法 对我院常用的 4 种腹腔镜手术器械消毒灭菌方法进行比较,分析其主要的优缺点和使用上应注意的问题。结果 环氧乙烷灭菌和 Steris低温灭菌器相结合的方法最能适应腹腔镜手术需要。结论 采用环氧乙烷和 Steris低温灭菌器相结合的消毒方法,既能保证灭菌安全可靠,反复消毒对器械损伤小,又能满足腹腔镜手术连台反复使用一份器械的需要,增加了器械的使用周转,提高了经济效益。

OBJECTIVE To explore the most safe and reliable sterilization methods for abdominoscopic instruments. METHODS To compare the three sterile methods used for abdominoscopic instruments, analyze advantage and disadvantage and what should be noticed. RESULTS Ethylene oxide and Steris hypothermia sterilization were the best for abdominoscopic instruments. CONCLUSIONS Ethylene oxide combined with Steris hypothermia sterilization is safe and reliable for these instruments, repeated sterilization doesn′t injure them. It can meet the demand for their successive use in a series of operations and increase the effectiveness and economic efficiency.
