Nosocomial Infection in Gastroscopy Rooms of Ten Hospitals: Investigation and Analysis of Current Administrative Situation

目的 了解我市医院胃镜室管理现状,以便为研究和开展胃镜室医院感染管理工作提供决策依据。方法参照卫生部《医院感染管理规范》及《消毒技术规范》制定调查方案,对10所医院胃镜室进行现场调查。结果 我市目前胃镜室医院感染管理现状不容乐观,胃镜、活检钳、消毒剂消毒灭菌监测合格率仅81 82%。结论 胃镜及附件消毒灭菌彻底与否取决于医务人员的责任心,因此,要加强医务人员职业道德教育和业务培训,强化医院感染观念和法制意识,避免因消毒灭菌问题引发医院感染。

OBJECTIVE To acknowledge the current administrative situation in the gastroscopy rooms in the hospitals of our city and to give a basis for making policy decision for the study and administration of the nosocomial infection in the gastroscopy rooms. METHODS To make an investigation plan in line with The Administrative Standard of Nosocomial Infection and Standard Sterilizing Techniques by the Ministry of Health and make an on the spot investigation in the gastroscopy rooms of ten hospitals. RESULTS We didn′t feel satisfied with the current administration situation of the gastroscopy room about the nosocomial infection in our city. The sterilization test to the gastroscopes, biopsy forceps and disinfectant showed that the qualification rate of disinfection in the ten hospitals was only 81.82%. CONCLUSIONS Whether the gastroscope and the accessory are sterilized or disinfected completely depends on the sense of responsibility of the medical workers. Therefore we must strengthen the professional ethics education and professional training of the medical workers, intensify the concept of nosocomial infection and legal sense and avoid the nosocomial infection induced by the defect in disinfection.
