重症监护病房医院感染的分析及护理措施

Nursing of Hospital Infection in ICU Ward

目的 探讨重症监护病房(ICU)医院感染的原因和护理措施。方法 对我院 ICU所发生的医院感染进行回顾分析。结果 ICU医院感染多见于呼吸道、泌尿系统感染,血管内导管相关感染,切口及烧伤创面的感染。结论 必须加强预防控制医院感染措施,严格执行无菌技术操作,是控制 ICU医院感染的主要措施。

OBJECTIVE To discuss cause and nursing of hospital infection in ICU ward. METHODS Hospital infection in ICU ward of Heilongjiang Provincial Hospital was analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS The common infection in ICU ward resulted from respiratory system, genitourinary system, and due to intravascular catheterization, and so on. CONCLUSIONS It is important for hospitals to strengthen infection control. The main treatment to control hospital infection is applying aseptic operation strictly.
