摘要
目的 研究铜绿假单胞菌(PA)耐碳青酶烯类抗菌药物机制的分布。方法 应用多底物 多抑制剂协同法检测34株耐碳青酶烯类抗菌药物PA临床分离株,推测其耐药机制并分析其分布。结果 D2 缺乏、外排泵和产金属酶分别占3种机制的14 7%、35 3%和50 0%。结论 产金属酶是PA耐碳青酶烯类抗菌药物最主要机制。
OBJECTIVE To study the distribution of resistance mechanisms in Pseudomonas aeruginosa(PA) to carbapenem. METHODS To detect the 35 strains of PA isolates resistant to carbapenem by using a multi disk multi inhibitor synergy test (MDMIST), predicating the resistance mechanisms based on the phenotypes from MDMIST and analyzing the distribution of resistance mechanisms. RESULTS The percentage of produced metallo β lactamase, active efflux system and outer membrane porin D 2 in PA resistance to carbapenem is 14 7%, 35 3% and 50 0%, respectively. CONCLUSIONS Metallo β lactamase production is the main mechanism in PA resistance to carbapenem.
