梭菌属的一个新种——产气梭菌 被引量:2

摘要 从豆腐废水为原料的厌氧降解反应器中,采用亨盖特氏厌氧技术,分离到两株厌氧生芽孢的杆菌,革兰氏染色通常为阴性。直杆或稍弯杆形,以周生鞭毛运动。芽孢椭圆或卵圆形,不膨胀细胞,通常次端生,最适生长温度为30—37℃,在45℃不生长。在 pH4.5或9.0也不生长。6.5%NaCl 抑制其生长。能发酵多种碳水化合物。在 PYG 培养液中从葡萄糖产生大量的 H_2和 CO_2,中量的乳酸和少量的乙酸、丁酸、乙醇和丁醇。不利用柠檬酸盐和丙酮酸盐。DNA 中 G+C 含量为41.2mol%。经鉴定为梭菌属(又名梭状芽孢杆菌属)的一个新种,命名为产气梭菌(Clostridium aerogenes sp.nov.)。 Two strains of anaerobes were isolated from an experimented anaerobic digesterfeeding on soybean cake waste water.They were anaerobic sporeforming rods,Gramstain usually negative,Straight to slightly curved rods,occur singly,or in pairs,Typically 0.6—0.8μm in width,3.0—8.0μm in length,motile by peritrichousflagella.Spores were ellipsoidal or oval,usually subterminal.Optimum temperaturefor growth was 30—37℃.There was good growth at 25℃,none at 45℃.Nogrowth occurred at pH 4.5 or 9.0.Growth was inhibited by 6.5% NaCl.A widevariety of carbonhydrates could be fermented,and Glucose was fermented to largeamounts of H,and CO_2,moderate amounts of lactate,small amounts of acetate,butyrate,ethanol and butanol in PYG broth.Citrate and pyruvate couldn't beutilized.The G+C content of DNA was 41.2 mol%.They were idendified to bea new species of Clostridium.The name proposed for this species is Clostridiuma(?)rogenes sp.nov.The type strain is strain AS 1.1778.
