摘要
某电厂蒸汽管道在机组运行时 ,最大振幅为 4 0 μm ,其原因是管系弹簧支吊荷载分配不均匀 ,管系刚度不足产生受迫振动 ,采用有限元法进行应力计算后将截止阀改为闸阀 ,改变吊架弹簧 ,使最大振幅降为 6 μm .
In a power plant,the maximum amplitude of the steam pipe lines once reached 40 μm when the generating sets were working.The causes were that the loads of the springs for supporting and suspending the pipe lines were not balanced,and that the rigidity of the pipes was not high enough to resist their forced oscillations.Based on the calculations with the finite element method,the isolating valve was replaced by the sluice valve,and the much stronger pendant springs were used.As a result the maximum amplitude of the steam pipe lines reduced to 6 μm.
