网络环境下的公共图书馆资源建设应当根据当地图书馆资源建设的现状 ,提出相应的对策 ,从转变现行管理观念和对馆藏资源的开发利用两方面入手 ,加强馆藏文献数字化建设和对网络资源的组织管理 。

The construction of the collection resources of a public library under the circumstances of Internet requires one to take the corresponding countermeasures on the basis of its existing conditions,and start with a change in one's perspective on library management and with the emploitation of its own collection.The digitization of the collection and the expansion and management of the network resources are to be strengthened so as to realize the resources exchange and resources sharing in their real senses.
