摘要
介绍了倾斜反射阵列相关器(SRAC)设计技术,并采用该技术在YZ-LiNbO3基片上制作了中心频率60MHz,带宽35MHz,色散时间40μs的声表面波沟槽反射栅色散延迟线,实现了60%的相对带宽,同时采用了幅度及相位补偿技术,改善了器件的幅频及相频特性,实现了主副瓣比35dB。
The design technology of slanted reflective array correlator is introduced in this paper. A SAW disperssive delay line based on this technology is realized on YZ-LiNbO_3 substrate with center frequency of 60 MHz and bandwidth of 35 MHz. The disperssive time and the relative bandwidth of the device are 40us and 60% respectively. Both amplitude and phase compensation technology is used to improve the amplitude-frequency and phase-frequency properties of the device. The main-side lobe ratio is about 35 dB.
