摘要
用酶联免疫吸附测定、荧光抗体定位和SDS-PAGE等方法,结合球形芽孢杆菌(Bacillussphaericus)Ts-1品系在芽孢形成过程中的形态变化和不同发育阶段菌样毒力的生物测定,对毒蛋白的形成发生进行了比较研究。Ts-1毒蛋白形成、毒力大小和芽孢形成过程中形态变化密切相关。首次用荧光抗体定位方法不仅证明带有伴孢晶体的芽孢荧光度强,毒蛋白含量高;而且生长8小时营养体的细胞壁上也有毒蛋白的同源成分。
The close relationships between morphogenesis of Bacillus sphaericus Ts-1 and formation of toxic proteins were studied sysmetically and comparatively by Enzyme-LinkedImmunosorbent Assay,FITC-IgG Location and SDS-PAGE etc.This study showed thatthe toxic proteins of Ts-1 were produced in 8h culture at 30℃.The toxicity increasedsteadily along with the sporification and then declined as the free spores increased greatlywithout collection immediately.It is suggested that substances homologous with crystaltoxic proteins were situated on the cell walls.
