广州部分中学生意外伤害现况分析

An analysis on the injury among middle school students in Guangzhou

目的 了解广州中学生常见的伤害种类和发生情况 ,归纳意外伤害的主要原因 ,制定中学生伤害预防措施 ,保障学生的安全和健康。方法 采用整群分层随机抽样 ,以问卷形式调查广州市 2所中学 6 6 8名学生 ,对其伤害发生情况、伤害的认知及伤害造成的财产损失进行统计分析。结果 6 6 8名学生的伤害发生率为 5 8.5 0 % ,男、女生分别为 5 6 .6 0 %和 6 0 .11% ;常见的伤害类型依次是玩耍或运动受伤 (39.6 7% )、车辆伤 (11.70 % )、被劫碰伤 (8.0 8% )、宠物咬伤 (3.30 % )、刀割伤和烧烫伤 (5 .83% )。玩耍或运动受伤主要由打球和跑步所致 ,车辆伤由骑自行车跌下所致 ,碰伤由碰撞到建筑物所致 ,刀割伤和烧烫伤由做家务事所致。结论 中学生伤害的发生频率高 ,种类多 ,但有其分布特点和规律 。

Objective To explore the type and cause of injury among middle school students and to develop preventive measures for school injury. Methods Annual injuries occurred among 668 students were surveyed by a questionnaire in 2 middle schools of Guangzhou. Results The total rate of injury was 58.50%. 56.60% of males and 60.11% of females were injured. The leading types of injuries were sport and playing ( 39.67%), traffic accident ( 11.70%), being robbed ( 8.08%), being bited by pet ( 3.30%) and being burned and harmed by knife ( 5.83%). The fall and sprain related injuries were often resulted from playing balls and running. Traffic accident related injuries were mainly resulted from riding bike. Cutting and burning always occurred due to housework. Conclusions Injuries are common among middle school students. Although the types of injuries are various, they can be controlled and prevented.
