摘要
用半抗原——Digoxigenin 标记的福氏2a YSH6000的1.4kb virG DNA 探针,检测73株痢疾杆菌(宋氏64株、福氏5株、志贺氏4株)、32株 EIEC、17株耶氏菌属菌、5株伤寒杆菌和5株大肠杆菌的 DNA 同源性。前3种菌同时作 Sereny 试验,以进行比较。结果表明,痢疾杆菌及 EIEC 中均含 virG 同源区,其它被测菌则无此同源区。virG DNA 仅与痢疾杆菌及 EIEC 的Sereny 试验相关,而与耶氏菌属的 Sereny 试验无关。用 virG DNA 探针检测宋氏痢疾杆菌及EIEC 的毒力,与 Sereny 试验结果比较,符合率分别为87.5%和90.9%。
Using hapten digoxigenin labeled 1.4kb virG DNA probe of S.flexneri 2aYSH6000.We examined the DNA homology among 73 strains of Shigella,32 strains ofEIEC,17 strains of Yesinia,5 strains of S.typhi and 5 strains of E.coli.At the sametime strains of Shigella,EIEC and Yesinia were tested by Sereny assay.We concludedthat virG DNA is conserved both in Shigella and EIEC and is related to Sereny test onlyin Shigella and EIEC but not in Yesinia.The coincidence rate of hybridization and Serenytest was 87.5% and 90.9% for S.sonni and EIEC respectively.
