摘要
目的 探讨服用枸杞粗多糖对小鼠肝损伤的保护作用。方法 采用卫生部的《保健食品检验与评价技术规范》(2 0 0 3年版 ) [1] 。结果 枸杞粗多糖可明显抑制CCl4 引起小鼠血清谷丙转氨酶(ALT)和谷草转氨酶 (AST)的升高 ,并能改善和恢复各病理指标。结论 枸杞粗多糖对肝脏有较好的保护作用。
Objectives To investigate the protection against chemical injury of mice liver function by given lycium barbarum polysaccharides orally.Method According to Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Food(2003) published by ministry of health.Results The increase of serum ALT & AST caused by CCl 4 was inhibited lycium barbarum polysaccharides and the pathological indexes were improved. Conclusion Lycium barbarum polysaccharides can protect liver from chemical injury.
