摘要
以系统效能、费用、研制周期和风险 4个目标为论证准则,根据其目标权重是否确知,基于最小加权隶属度偏差方法建立了地空导弹武器型号论证综合决策模型,为决策者进行型号决策提供了一种定量分析方法。
A comprehensive decision model of type proof for ground to air missile is established based on minimum average weighted deviation method, which is proved under the rule of system effectiveness, cost, development cycle and risk, and of whether objective weight is clear or not. The model provides a kind of quantitative analysis technology for type decision makers.
