摘要
五四时期在中国兴起的道尔顿制改革与今天的课程改革有着诸多相似之处,如主张以学生为本位,满足学生的个性化学习需求,培养学生的合作精神等。但这场改革却存在着诸多问题学生学习动机的维持、学习内容的科学分配、教师的教学精力、学生发展的不平衡等。反思这场改革的得失,对今天课程改革的意义十分重大。
The reformation of Dalton plan, started in the May Fourth period, bears many similarities to the today's curriculum reformation, such as regarding students as main body, satisfying their individual requirements on learning, cultivating their spirit of corporation and so on. However, the reformation has a lot of problems: maintaining students' learning motivation, the scientific distribution of learning contents, the teachers' teaching energy and the imbalance of students' development. The retrospection of the reformation's gain and loss has great significance on today's curriculum reformation.
