Instructional activity is a complicated process through which the learner acquires knowledge, skills and meanings. It requires appropriate tactics. We should study what is instructional tactics, know how to use it in multimedia course of the network, arrange teaching items for the learners and have a good arrangement and control of the instructional courses so that the learners can study more effectively.
