灌区现代化是社会现代化和水利现代化的综合体现,是一个复杂的长期过程。在讨论大型灌区信息化系统设计的基础上,详细阐述了系统所涉及的微波扩频通信技术、多线程调度技术、地理空间数据库技术等关键技术,为灌区信息化系统的实施奠定了技术基础。
Irrigation district modernization is the comprehensive embodiment of social modernization and water conservancy modernization, and it is a long and complicated process. On the basis of discussion on large-sized irrigation district information system design, key techniques such as microwave wide-frequency communication technique, multi-line control technique, geographical space database technique, which are involved in the system, are expatiated in detail to lay a technique foundation for realization of the information system in the irrigation districts.
