Failure Diagnosis of Tank Gearbox Without Being Taken Apart(Test-Stand Experiment)

坦克变速箱不解体诊断方法,是坦克检修制度改革的基础。本文通过试验台振动测试,对传感器布置、放大—滤波电路、频谱分析、故障模型等问题进行了研究。试验证明,不解体快速在线诊断是可能的。

The failure diagnosis technique introduced in the repair of a gearbox without being taken a-part provides the basis for reforming the tank repair institution. By analysing the vibration data taken from tank gearboxes on the test-stand,a detailed study is made of the arrangement of transducers, the amplifier-filter circuits,the spectra and the mathematical models of the failures. The results show that the rapid on-line failure diagnosis of a tank gearbox without being taken apart is a feasible technique.
