摘要
该文主要介绍实现城市地下管线信息化管理的目标、措施、技术方案及系统功能,并从技术层面和管理层面上讨论实现该目标的方式方法。
This paper introduces objective, measures, technical scheme and necessary functions of information management of urban underground pipelines. Considering aspects of technology and management,at the same time discuss ways and means for implementing above purpose are discussed.
