复杂槽型切屑约束与卷曲半径的预报 被引量:2

摘要 针对复杂槽型的结构特点,通过对复杂槽型几何元素切屑约束作用的研究,推导出了 切屑约束作用点方程及切屑卷曲方向角预报公式,建立了复杂槽型切屑上向卷曲半径和横向卷曲 半径的预报模型,该模型为今后进行切屑折断预报和复杂槽型的设计与优选提供了理论指导. Aiming at the structural characteristic of complex groove, by studying the chip restriction action of geometrical element which is composed of complex groove, the equation of chip restriction action point and the prediction formula of chip - curl directional angle are deduced and the prediction model of complex groove chip up -curl radius and side -curl radius are destablished. This prediction model provides theory guidance to carrying through the prediction of chip - breaking and groove design and optimization of complex groove in the future.
