摘要
针对常规数控加工方法加工精密小模数蜗轮模具型腔,加工精确度低,齿形变形大,传 动准确度低的问题,探讨了用Mastercam、UG软件进行蜗轮三维造型、四轴数控编程、数控线切割加 工蜗轮模具型腔的工艺方法,给出了解决精密小模数齿轮模具加工新工艺,在工程上具有推广价值.
Using MasterCAM and UG as the tools, the second method is carried through 3D modeling, 4 Axis NC programming and NC 2nd wire cut of worm wheel involute gear. It solves the problems of fabrication difficulty of gears with small modulus, large number of teeth and complicated cavity in which EDM can not machine.
