摘要
为解决多相流系统的参数检测和流型识别问题,以气液两相流系统为研究对象,在小 波分析技术的基础上,建立了一个气液两相流系统的参数检测软测量模型,并对此模型进行了分析 和模拟实现.结果表明,此模型可以通过4尺度小波变换图清楚地看到段塞流及波状流的形成及结 束过程,并生成波流的去噪光滑波形图及辨识细节波形图,从而达到有效识别波流流型的目的.
In order to solve the problem of measuring parameters and identifying flow regimes in the system of multiphase flow, the subject investigated in this paper is major in a gas -liquid two - phase system and then we establish an soft - sensing model for parameter measurement on the basis of wavelet analysis technique, finally we analyze and make a simulating implementation on this model. We can draw conclusions from the results that in this model we can clearly observe the forming and ending process of pluglike flow and wavelike flow from their 4 -scale wavelet transform charts, and then get smooth oscillograms and detailed oscillograms, it can effectively identify flow regimes accordingly.
