双内胆热处理井式空气循环电炉存在容积小、控温热电偶不在工作室、仪表控制温度与工作室温度相差较大等缺点。对该类电炉采取扩容、引偶入室等技术改造措施取得了良好的技术经济效果。

Since the well-type d ual-bottle hea t treatment electric furnace is small in volume,the temperature control thermocouple is outside the operating r oom and difference between the instrument-controlled temperature and temperature in the o perating room is hig her,the technical modification s,such as enlarging the volume,fitt ing the th ermocouple into the operating room,have been ma de and a good technical and eco nomic r esults have been obtained.
