Short message flat is one of the important increasing operations in mobile communications operations. The main content discusses the theoretic model of mobile telephone short message communications based on SMPP(Short Message Point to Point) protocol and it's some expanding applications. It makes the speed of short message application developments and deployments faster than modular short message system built by distributed method.
