从科学研究方法论看人工神经网络研究的发展

Viewing development of researches on artificial neural networks using methodology of scientific researches

简要回顾了人工神经网络不平衡的发展史。从科学研究方法论出发 ,对人工神经网络的研究方法 ,以及决定其迅速发展与正常发展的因素等方面的问题进行了讨论分析 ,给出了若干结论。指出竞争是人工神经网络的理论得以生存和不断完善的重要前提 ,成功是导致人工神经网络研究高潮的重要因素 。

The history of lopsided development of artificial neural networks (ANN) is reviewed briefly. The research methodology on the ANN and the factors affecting the rapid and normal development of the ANN are discussed and analyzed. Some conclusions are given based on the methodology of scientific researches. It is pointed out that the competition is the important precondition that enables the theory of the ANN to exist and to be perfected constantly, the success is the important factor that results in the ANN to reach the high tide of research, and the equal attention to theoretical and applied research is the important assurance that enables the ANN to be developed in a normal and healthy way.
