摘要
为提高 1 1 2故障台的工作效率 ,实现用户线路的自动检测和集成管理 ,采用脉冲反射法 ,设计并实现了 1 1 2集成维护管理系统。该系统能实时在线地检测用户线路的工作状态 ,准确地判断出每个线路的故障性质和位置 ,并报告给维护人员及时处理 ;还能通过语音服务自动接收用户的故障语音申告 ,弥补了自动检测系统对一些故障无法检测的缺陷。
In order to improve the efficiency of 112 faulty services, to detect and manage subscriber line status automatically and centrally,an 112 integrated management system was proposed and realized. This system can detect status of subscriber line in real time, judge where the faulty is and what property it has by method of pulse reflection, report the faulty information to maintaining person, handle the faulty information at time and manage the status of user line. The system can also receive faulty information that user sent with phone service to 112 service automatically to make the system more usefully.
