摘要
醋酸钙是我国近几年发展起来的一种新型离子型钙剂,它具有易溶于水、吸收利用率和储留率高等特点.以蛋壳为基本原料制备醋酸钙,采用盐酸为分离剂进行壳膜分离试验,并通过正交实验设计对影响中和反应的各种因素进行了探讨,确定了最佳中和反应的条件为:反应温度70℃:反应时间2.5h: 蛋壳与醋酸的配料比为1:1.8:加水量为4ml/g醋酸,最后通过重结晶得到醋酸钙成品.
This paper prepared CaAc2 from eggshell with hydrochloric acid as separation agent. All sons of influence factors were studied through orthogonal experiment, then the best conditions were determined. This method not only saves resources and lowers cost, but also reduces the burden of environmental protection.
