This paper has introduced the concept of xenobiotics, source and its toxinity. It has mainly introduced the path way of acrylaminde into human body, and the toxicity of acrylaminde, and its relative work in recent years.Meanwhile,it also introduces the toxicity of nitrite ,SO 2 and its salt which people exposes in production and daily life.
