通过对文献的理论研究、有关专家学者以及北京市大学生的访谈和问卷调查,说明体育知识培训是奥运会志愿者培训内容的一个重要部分。在以北京市大学生作为奥运会志愿者主体分析和论证的基础上,对奥运会志愿者的体育知识培训进行了培训需求的探讨和研究。

Through the theoretical research of document, experts interview and the questionnaire investigation of university students in Beijing, this thesis explains it's necessary to train sports knowledge for Olympic volunteers, and this aspect of training is an important part of training. Based on the analysis and debate of college students as Olympic volunteers, this paper not only explores and researches the training needed during their sports knowledge training, but also gives some advice and suggestions.
